Tonight we saw Chairlift play at Maschinenhaus in Berlin. They were totally amazing. We went for pizza after and then to KIM where the band came to dj. While my friend Sibilla did a spontaneous photoshoot with them I talked to her friend Elisabeth Moch.

Chairlift - ARE GREAT

First thing I did when I got in the door was put on my new Chairlift CD and look up Elisabeth's work.

What a great night!

Art and artist. Sometimes it's nice to see who had the idea. A self taught man. "The China Girl" by Vladimir Tretchikoff (yes took a few spell checks to make sure I got it right). My friend told me today it's apparently more famous than the Mona Lisa! Well I'm not too ashamed that I didn't know that, just happy that I learned about ol Vlad.
